This is the first page of the document and you can see is a list of peopel inside SS-Rgt. Deutschland. So which is he meaning: he was in SS-Rgt. Deutschland coming from III./SS-Deutschland. Isn't it the same regiment?

I'd read it as transferred to the position of commander of the 11th company from some other position in III. "D".
