Is anyone able to supply any further information about the SS-Richter SS-Sturmbannführer Eberhard Scholz?

Born in Berlin on 25.8.1909.
SS-Nr: 219.129 (joined 1933).
Promoted to last rank on 23.11.1943.
4. / 74. SS-Standarte until dismissed for indifference and a violation of soldierly discipline and order on 26.4.1939.
HA SS-Gericht January 1944.

I'm planning to add his biography to my ‘History of the HA SS-Gericht’.

Hi Georges,

Yes, he's proved very difficult to trace.
Living in Berlin and a former Luftwaffe officer, (Kriegsgerichtsrat), I've been unable to discover his fate after the spring of 1944.

Perhaps someone familiar with the Luftwaffe judiciary may know more...
