Dr.Ferdinand Porsche

The SS-DAL (Stand 20.April 1942) lists Ferdinand Porsche as an SS-Oberführer, but doesn't give his SS number. How could this be, that he didn't have one?

yes, Ferdinand PORSCHE was ranked to the honorary rank of SS Oberführer in Allgemeine SS without being registred into SS with a membership number.
he was the unique case in the SS.
