SS-Ostuf. Konrad Willi Werner - looking for info

Hello

I’m looking for any details about SS-Ostuf. KONRAD Willi WERNER.

This is what i have about this man:

Konrad Willi Werner
born 19.03.10 in Lengerich/Westf.
SS No 164742
NSDAP No 7915006
Promoted to SS-Ostuf. on 09.11.44
I have him only as „SS-Ostuf. in Warschau“ without any further details.

He was extradited by the British authorities to Poland and sentenced in Warsaw on 27.08.48 to 5 years.

Maybe someone knows what position he held in Warsaw and to which unit or office he was attached? I think that he was not connected with Sipo or SD.

Regards

George

Here are two photos of that man, taken probably after his extradition to Poland.

George
John Moore's Waffen-SS listing has this:
Oct. 1942 SS-Uscha., II./Rgt. “Langemarck”
June 1944 SS-Ustuf., Begl.Btl. RFSS
9 Nov. 1944 promoted SS-Ostuf.
March 1945 SS-Ostuf., IVa, II./Pz.GR. 35 (16.SS-Div. “RFSS”)

I think 16.SS-Div. "RFSS" was fighting in Italy in 1945 which is presumably where he was captured.
A second presumption, that his service in Warsaw was in the period Sept. 1939-Oct. 1942.

Found some additional info on 16.SS-Div RFSS: it moved to Hungary in 1945, gradual retreat into Austria and on 8 May 1945 surrendered to British troops in Klagenfurt area.
