Got a hold of a couple “Der Spiegel” issues and have a couple high(er)-quality versions of photos already posted here. Should be able to get a few more in the future.

Some of these photos of Rudolf Diels appear to be flopped. According to many other photos of Diels, he had a serious dueling scar across his right cheek and another along the left side of his chin. Those scars appear to come and go among these photos; I presume that some of the original negatives were printed in reverse.
