As for Wilfried Abenaschon's comments:

(1) "What is a Nazi gangster ? I find this a bit overstated ! A gangster is an individual who's against the establishment ! Don't you agree ?"

and

(2) "It's seems a vision of Holliwood ! A criminal conspiracy ? I thought that the elimination of Jews for example was announced publicaly ! Using force illegally ? It's the sens of this ideology to define that laws come after the strengh of guns (no doubt about it). A gang ? It was a kolossal gang !!! Normal political movements ??? It smells politicaly correct !!! Where are you from ???;"

I can only observe that gangsters are rarely, if ever, "against the establishment." There are frequent instances in European and American history of gangsters working hand-in-hand with or for national governments and far-right political elements.

only ORPO generals wore green badges not SIPO SD generals who wore black badges.

so Polizeiprasident like von Helldorf were allowed to wear a police uniform of a SIPO SD general not of an ORPO general

I´ve got the info that he was married to Ingeborg von Wedel in October 1920. Source: Alter Kämpfer im Widerstand by Tom Harrison, Vierteljahreshefte für Zeitgeschichte, 1997, Heft 3.
Harrison states that Graf Helldorf passed an exam as an interpreter in WWI. Does anybody know which foreign languages Helldorf spoke?

Tom Harrison refers to Helldorf´s SA-file at the Berlin Document Center and mentions Helldorf´s wife as Ingeborg von Wedel.

He was friendly with Ribbentrop. They had met during World War I and continued their friendship in post-war Germany. Helldorf sold Ribbentrop some broken-down racehorses in the 1920s in order that he could join the Union Club in Berlin

Helldorf also used his influence to have Ribbentrop selected for the seat of Potsdam in the Reichstag elections of November 1933.
