SS
There is a new photo book in English just published with short biographies and lots of photos of all Reichsführer, SS-Oberst-Gruppenführer and SS-Obergruppenführer A-E by Max Williams + Ulric of England, published by Ulric Publishing. It contains all the photos you would wish of Obergruppenführer and above. The next volume will be Obergruppenführer F-L later this year, followed by Obergruppenführer M-Z early next year. They are the first in a series entitled "Hitler's Leadership Corps". You can obtain further details direct from the publisher at ulric@ulric-of-england.com

Regarding the arrow:
from "The Allgemeine-SS" (Men-At-Arms Series 266) pages 13 & 18:
-page 13: It's a Specialist Officer Badge, "SS-Hauptamt (Ergänzung, Erfassung und Schulung)": it denoted expertise in Recruiting and Training.
-page 18: This rune is the "Tyr-Rune": also known as the Kampf-Rune or 'battle' rune, was the pagan Germanic sign of Tyr, the god of war, and was symbolic of leadership in battle. It was commonly used by the SS as a grave marker, replacing the Christian cross. A Tyr-Rune worn on the upper left arm indicated graduation from the SA-Reichsführerschule, which trained SS officers until 1934. It was later the specialist badge of the SS Recruiting & Training Department, and an emblem of the Waffen-SS Division '30 Januar', which comprised staff and pupils from various SS training schools.
Regarding the medals, I can only recognize the same as you can. Not too good for medals, sorry.
Kind regards.
