Heres my favorite photo of Hans Dorr. At the front, and in the winter.

Dorr received The Ritterkreuz mit Eichenlaub as commander of
1st SS Pz-grenadier regiment "Germania". He was the 327th
recipient of Oakleaves on 13 November for action in Eastern front.

Did somebody have the picture of DORR awards Oakleaves
personnaly bestowed by Hitler.

Some pics for you.

Phil,

I have to correct you there, Dieter Wislicenty was _never_ by SS-Div. Das Reich he served by the RSHA IVb4 together with SS-Ostubaf Adolf Eichmann (Judenreferent) this is his brother who later became SS-Ostubaf and recieved the RK EL and Swords. He survived the war and died about 15 years ago. But Dieter was hanged in the late 40´s, because of his action as Judenreferent in Checkolowakai. Unfortunatelly have forgotten his name, and I am to lazy to go and get the book where I can get it.

Best reg.

Georg
