SS-Hstuf. Hans Bachler RKT?

This death card refers to Bachler being a Ritterkreuztrager and the photo incorporates a RK image, but I am unable to trace any Bachler as an RKT. Can anyone shed some light on it?

Hello I comes from Austria into the Steiermark and is encountered in your forum the name Hans Bachler. I live in the proximity in the Second World War please courageous man and can confirm which he no knight cross carrier was, like it correctly write was he SS upper tower leader in the 4/SS-Pz.GR 39 excellently with the German cross in gold 09/10/44, a stage of the close-in engagement clip (silver or bronze?) EK II, EK I, Infantrie storm badge and wounding badge. You're correct. Patzwall & Scherzer does give info you mentioned above (12-1944; SS-Obersturmführer; Führer Flak-Kampftrupp/SS-Flak-Abt. 18). However, I believe this to be incorrect as the info on the Vorschlag for his DKiG in his Personalakten shows the date of 9-10-1944; SS-Ostuf.; Chef 4/SS-Pz.GR 39 (see below).
