Hello Iltis and Chris,

Do you have some more info about him, don't have him in files??

Thanks for any help given here.

Don't be sorry Iltis, you really don't have to apologize.

This is already great info for me because I didn't had anything at all.
And as you probably already know I'm already a happy guy by even getting the smallest piece of info.

So this is something in my eyes and again I can add another new name to my ever growing files.

Greetings,
Mike

According to this info SS-Ostuf. Helmut Stillhammer was killed by the members of Polish underground (Polish Home Army and famous action near Celestynów) in May 1943:
20.05.1943

I wonder why there was no obituary of Stillhammer published in any BBL (unlike Fleischer, Grams and Neuhold).

I also have the note that he came to Poland from Stuttgart, so his Heimatdienststelle was probably Stapo Stuttgart.

The photos of Helmut Stillhammer from his RuSHA file.

Concerning his obituary the main reason most probably is, that his SSO does not exist at least at NARA.
