come from Austria
Head of SIPO-SD in Clermont-Ferrand

As a name, Török looks to be Hungarian and Slovakian origin. Coming from the SD (as per Albert's post above), and seemingly Austrian, possibly means he came from SD-LA Wien.
Another organisation as a black hole.
I see Dr Elisabeth Klamper/Thomas Mang/Franz Weisz have just published a 600+ page book (available on amazon) on Stapoleitstelle Wien. It might draw on SD documentation.
I shall have to treat myself to a Christmas gift.

He served shortly in occupied Lorraine kdrt z BdS Metz (BBL 31/1941) prior to move abg. z. BCSSD Paris (BBL 37/1941)

Horst Ellissen was interned after the war by the British authorities in CIC Neumünster.
