Hallo,

Insgesamt waren es 40 Man, die in den Dienststellen des BdS und der KdS den posten eines Kommandeurs innehatten.
Dazu kommen 34 stellvertretende Kommandeure.
Pag 77 Benhard Brunner Der Frankreich- Komplex.

Are they all Known ?

I have 34 names of BdS and KdS in Frankreich but i don't know if my list is complete and correct. Any corrections and additions are welcome:

Knochen, Stossberg, Suhr, Ernst, Hagen, Luther, Machule, John, von Korff, Lüdcke, Meier, Hülf, Rausch, Mühler, Hollert, Knab, Moritz,
Tanzmann, Nölle, Hoth, Ellissen, Schmäling, Westphal, Merdsche, Herold, Heerdt, Pulmer, Dauber, Müller B., Peters, Retzek, Bilfinger,
Geissler, Boemelburg.

Deleted : Josef John chief Abt IV not KdS Bordeaux
Herbert Hagen was Leiter SIPO Aussendienstelle Bordeaux 40 -42 prior KdS appointments.
Rausch was KdS Lille under BdS Brussels not Paris.

Dr Robert Meixner appointed for some weeks Stell KdS Orléans mid 1942. (source : Meyer Tätor in verhör)

I found a Regierungsrat Dr Meixner who was in staff Landrat Luditz
8/12/39 promotion Reg.Rat
4/6/37 Senior State exam

Any more data ?

Meixner, if he was there only "some weeks" in mid 1942, must have been succeeded by August Moritz who was appointed summer 1942.

various written sources refer to Ellisen but SS and Police original sources confirm :
- DAL 1938 and 1944
- Befehlsblatt der CSSD 31/1941,37/1941 and 47/1943.
so definitivelly ELLISSEN

SS-Hstuf Horst Ellissen came from SD-LA Hamburg to BdS Metz, 1941, appointed KdS Nancy.
late 1942, posted to SD-LA Königsberg
20 April 1944, promoted SS-Stubaf (SS-DAL 1 Oct 1944)

Regierungsrat beim Landrat Böhmisch-Leipa detached to BdS SIPO SD Paris with rank SS-Hauptsturmführer.
After the war he became Pdt Wehrbereichsverwaltung III Düsseldorf (Nordrhein-Westfalen)

I have a note that Hüttemann was KdS Paris/Leiter III (SD) in July 1944.
