I have a SS-Untersturmführer und Kriminalobersekretär Heribert Robert HASSLER, born on 26 November 1902 in Aalen. He served with the the KdS Montpellier.
Is he the same man?

Another source tells him from 06.1941 with EK 5/EGr B

What ranks are SS-Sgt. and SS-Cpl.??

Cpl = Corporal = SS-Sturmmann (a bit of an over-statement)
Sgt = Sergeant = (in Bladt's case) SS-Uschaf
As the detention report points out, Bladt was at Greposchule Pretzsch Jan-May 1941 (not 1945 as is given) as a demobilized SS-Sturmmann and Waffen-SS reservist who, along with some 400 others, were being trained for the Grenzdienst (as previous Lehrgänge). Instead, all the Waffen-SS reservists at the end of their Lehrgang were assigned as Waffen-SS men to the Einsatzgruppen. Bladt went to EK 5.
Jan 1942, re-assigned to the new BdS Ukraine in Kiew, Abt II (Verwaltung)
Aug 1943, to BdS Paris
(no information on how long in Paris or when his posting to Kiel took place)
April 1945, now shifted from Waffen-SS and became KrimAngestellter and still SS-Uschaf at Stapostelle Kiel, Abt IV
No information on post-internment life
