Thank You.
It seems that volksbund.de has incorrect information.

Re: SIPO & SD in France?

Re: SIPO & SD in France?
SS-Stubaf Franz Hoth served in Silesia in 1945; when interrogated after the war he said Stindt had been killed at Küstrin.
To establish when Stindt was "promovierte Dr jur" we probably need his RMdInnern file. And I agree this seems to have happened in 1943. Perhaps he kept re-writing it until 1942.

Re: SIPO & SD in France?
Peppler and Kuhn (no first names) are listed in CROWCASS List 16, Dec 1945, wanted by France for crimes in St Quentin.
Fritz Hofsähs is probably Friedrich Hofsäss, SS-Staffel-Schaf a.K. [driver], Stapoleitstelle Dresden, who died somewhere on Sipo-SD Einsatz, July 1944 (BBL 36/44)

Re: SIPO & SD in France?
I think Feller told lies about what happened after Dec 1942.
It was probably about this time that BdS Paris absorbed Feller into the Sipo as a Uniformtraeger SS-Ustuf with KdS Dijon.
Subsequently he retreated with KdS Dijon and in Sept 1944 KdS Dijon became one of the zbV Kommandos in the Vosges; retreating into Baden in 1945.
