Whoa! Nice items you have Renech. Yes thats an Arrow Cross armband + the Arrow Cross cap after '44.
I have that armband too. Actually it was my grandfathers armband so its really important for me. :)
I wish that I would have that cap. 8O

Thanks for the comments. Any Arrow Cross items are are extremely rare. As you know most of the Arrow Cross members were either shot on sight by the Soviets and Hungarian communist or received long sentence or were sent to Siberia. During the Hungarian post-communist era nobody wanted to have any item that would associate them to the Arrow Cross movement so consequently most of these items were destroyed.
Question on the armband....are they only printed and made of cotton or are there also embroidered style armbands? I have only seen a few and mostly are made of cotton and printed. Also I've seen red armbands with the arrow cross symbol in the center.

There are various Arrow Cross armabands. The one you have is the latest imho. My grandfather told me that there was another too, which was sorta like this but there wasnt H in it, just red white lines [this is after the Arpad flag] and a black Arrow Cross.

Yes Arrow Cross items are very rare, since almost all of them were destroyed by the allies later[Soviets in this case].

heh and i forgot to tell ya that i've got some hungarian cousins (a hal hungarian cousin of mine is maried and has 5 children over there. Anyway ur language is very hard probably the hardest in europe. Thanx god that the most hungarians know serb or german or english :) and some albanian :P (my cousin).
