He was captured by Slovenian partisans in April 1945. During interrogation he told them:
* born 29.11.1896, Budapest
* finished Primary School, Gymnasium and Cadet School
* in 1914 in army and served in WWI
* after the war he stayed in Hungarian army
* during WWII he was: CO of 19. Res. Inf. Rgt., Ic of 20. Inf. Div.
* in late March/early April his HQ moved from Hungary to Slovenia/Austria; he lost all contact with Div. HQ at this time.

Any other info on him?

1944: Commander, 24th Infantry Regiment

Awards:
German Kriegsverdienstkreuz I Class with Swords
Officer of the Hungarian Order of Merit with Swords
