Hi,
According to my records, Kortzfleisch was awarded the "Mihai Viteazul" Order on 19 September 1941 (Royal Decree no. 2628/19.09.41). Since Schobert was killed on 12 September 1941, then the pic in question was taken before that date.
BTW, the name of the General on the right is Iosif Iacobici (both names beginning with the letter "i".

Perhaps it's early September, when Iosif Iacobici took over command of Romanian IV Army ?

According to my records, Iacobici took over command of the IV. Army from Ciuperca on 14 September, 1941, by which time Schobert was already dead.
