A question regarding administrative divisions in the NDH/Yugoslavia

Post by Ivan Ž. » 29 Dec 2018 23:36

Hello, everyone

I really had no idea where to post this question, Gaius may feel free to move it wherever he thinks it would fit better.

Does anyone have any idea to which municipality (općina/opština) did the village of Strane belong between 1940 and 1945? Today it's in the municipality of Busovača. During the NDH times, it was located right around the tripoint of Fojnica, Travnik and Zenica districts (kotar/srez).

Also, if anyone has a list/book/map of municipalities/districts of Yugoslavia as closer to WWII as possible, please let me know. I've only found a map from 1929, a book from 1932 (districts+municipalities, but outdated) and a book from 1940 (only districts).

Thanks very much in advance,
Ivan
