Hello,
Does anyone know when the first batch of eleven Bf 109 E was delivered to the Romanian air force?
And what about the following batches (until first 50 aircrafts of the E-3 and E-4 models)?
Last, could someone please tell me when the Germans established the fighter training school for the Romanians in Bucarest-Pipera?
Thank you!
Regards,

At least for that part: "Last, could someone please tell me when the Germans established the fighter training school for the Romanians in Bucarest-Pipera?"
I just learnt that Charakter als Generalmajor Eduard Ritter von Schleich, the famous Bavarian flying ace of WWI (35 victories), was assigned to the Luftwaffenmission in Rumänien (as of October 4th, 1940 until June 11th, 1941) as Training-Leader. His previous assignment was head of the fighter training school of Wien-Schwechat.
I assume that he was tasked with the Romanian Bf 109 pilots' training.
