Hi there,
Where can I find some info about this mysterious piece of land on the Mediterranean coast of Albania, which belonged during the interwar era to Romania(e.g. surface, location within the city, buildings, administration, etc.)
Cheers

Hello,

It was granted to the historian Nicolae Iorga (one of the Romanian Prime ministers of this decade) by King Zog I in 1934 owing to his astonishing scholar work about ancient Albanians. Iorga ceded half of it to the Kingdom of Romania.

Some sources are indicated here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romanian_ ... rand%C3%AB
