Nationalities in the Manchukuo Navy/Army River Fleet?

Does anyone know something about the spread of nationalities within the Manchukuo Navy or the Army River Fleet? I know quite a few of the officers and ratings were Japanese, but I do know there were also some Chinese sailors and officers, particularly after 1941 when Japanese personnel were being recalled to the Pacific. Are there any mentions of Manchus, Russians, Koreans, or other nationalities of Manchukuo serving in this branch of the armed forces? They certainly served in the land forces of the Army.
