Manchukuo - riverine incident on 28 May 1939

I have recently collected some data about a mysterious border conflict riverine incident between the Manchukuo and the Soviet Border Guards (or other force). By clarification this is not the more "famous" loss of a gunboat by Japanese shelling occurred on 1937.

On this incident, the Soviets are clearly more on the winning side:

Yi Min (28/5/1939), En Min (28/5/1939)
The photo in the second link interestingly show a boat after the capture: we can see a rope at the bow

Asking in Russian forum over a more clear description of the incident, so far unsuccessful.

Thanks input of tsushima.su user, some stuff has been disclosed:
In short, both crafts were heavy strafed by machinegun fire: the captured boat was took in tow by a KM Border Guard craft, under escort of two BKA small gunboats.

As extra note, reading the Japanese description of the event, it's interesting that the two crafts are different: while the lost craft (En Min) was truly 15-tons On Min patrol craft, the other was was not a sister-boat named "Yi Min" but a somewhat larger 25-tons boat named "Jin Min" (this also explain whuile this seized craft had different names reported),

Indeed the photo of the captured craft and the one provided by Navypedia doesn't truly match by size, even if have a similar design.
