Romanian generals Dimitriu and Correcu, 1940

Hello,

Has anyone some information about Brigadier General S. Dimitriu and colonel Correcu?
They headed the Romanian 21st Infantry Division during the Soviet annexation of Bessarabia in late June and early July 1940, and I need to know more about them. I'm especially interested in the dates the latter took command over the former, and the circumstances of Dimitriu's dismissal.
