Bulgarian police in Serbia/Macedonia 1941-44 ?

Did the Bulgarian national police who served in Serbia and Macedonia 1941-44 ,wear the dark blue uniform or issued with army uniforms ?
The photo may show police in army uniform with police caps/insignia or police in command of the local Macedonian / IMRO anti partisan groups.
