The timeline is from late 1943 and forward, as the Americans 15 AAAF started to establish themselves around Foggia.
Just to get some understanding where I am in this, I inserted a fictive map over where in Europe this project is. Also, to provide with some numbers, it's 53,500 m2, or 85,600 mi2 with 5.5 millions inhabitants. As a pro-Axis country it has its own Fascism like Austria had Austrofascism. Should also mention that its industrial capacity was growing rapidly during the mid-20s but the overwhelming majority of the economy remained the agriculture.
