Hi,

As you say, it is hard to read, but it appears it begins with a name (Nastya?) and surname, then the surname Koltsov and ends that the person is writing from 28th May to 3rd June and that life is fine, but there's not enough wine.
I assume that this written on the back of a photo. If you could post the photo, it might help to put the words into some kind of context. Is there some connection to pilots?

No, it's not the back of a photo but writing on a wall.
There is nothing to do with pilots, much more about Heer Osttruppen officiers.
