Identifying this general of Romania

Who may identify this general from Romania? Would that be Gen Nicolae Tătăranu? :roll:

And who was this Romanian general? Could that be Gen Dumitru Tudosie?

Hi,

I can confirm the identity of Tudosie. As regards Tătăranu, the pic has been identified as him, but I have my doubts. I have 3 other pics of Tătăranu that are all similar, but your pic doesn't look like him at all.
