Generals fighting in East Front

Am trying to collect a namelist of the generals/Admirals of minor Axis nations that fought in East Front.

Say Romanian/Hungarian/Finnish/Bulgarian/Croatian/Czechoslovakian etc.

If anyone can support with some information that would be very appreciated.
