An interesting wee Hungarian book...

Hi there.

A friend of mine came into possession of a trunk full of odd objects. The one most intriguing is a small (7.5x5.5cm) red covered book.

The title page reads thusly:

URAM,
IRGALMAZZ!

IMA-ES ENEKESKONYV
A ,,SZENT VAGY, URAM!"
ENEKTAR SZOVEGEIVEL
ES GREGORIAN
ENEKEKKEL

MAGYAR KORUS 1944
BUDAPEST FERY O, -UTCA 55

I've flipped through it a bit, and it appears to be a bible, or excerpts therefrom. Can anyone else give me additional information about this book? A translation of the cover page would be most appreciated.

Cheers,

Dan

This book is a religious song book, what I could translate is the following:
URAM, "My Lord"
IRGALMAZZ!

IMA-ES ENEKESKONYV "Pray and Song Book"
A ,,SZENT VAGY, URAM!" You are saint, my Lord"
ENEKTAR SZOVEGEIVEL "Song texts"
ES GREGORIAN "and Gregorian"
ENEKEKKEL "song"

MAGYAR KORUS 1944 "Hungarian Chorus1944"
BUDAPEST FERY O, -UTCA 55 "Budapes Fery O street 55"
So the content of this book does not fit on the current forum.
Cordially, Geza Arbocz
