Hint: Despite being a high-ranking NDH official, he escaped prosecution in the war's immediate aftermath, and lived in the United States until 1986, when he was eventually extradited to Yugoslavia to stand trial. Sentened to death in 1988, he died in the prison hospital due to health-related problems before the execution could be carried out.

Thanks Allen. I remember footage of his trial-he laughed at the prosecutor all the time,in a "you-can-kiss-my-***-I'm-too -old" style.

What's the name of the head of puppet Montenegro under Italians and later Germans?

Well since noone has asked a question yet, let me try this one for you:

In my younger days I was expelled from both Switzerland (for vagrancy) and Austria. Returning to my home country, I became the editor of a local Socialist newspaper. When World War One erupted I was originally against my country entering, but later left the Socialist party and served in the war until I was wounded during grenade practice. I would eventually rise to great power in my country. Who am I?
