Indeed it was the Drava river monitor (ex-yugoslav). As far as I know Hungary during the war dont had any river monitors only gunboats.

Hungary declares war on the Soviet Union and agrees to send troops to help Army Group South on 27 June '41
Hungary declares war on Britain. Romania declares war on Britain on 5 Dec. '41
and
Hungary declares war on the USA. on 12 Dec. '41
