Best equipped Romanian unit?

I was just wondering what was the best equipped (or supplied?) Romanian army unit?

It depends from year to year, from campaign to campaign. The best equipped unit of let's say 1945 was probably less equipped than the best equipped unit of 1943 for example. So what year is it?

Sorry for being so vague.
I would especially be interested in the following periods:
June 1941 Barbarossa, 1942 Stalingrad and Sept. 1944.
Also, if it isn't too much trouble I would also be very curious to find out the order of battle of the troops defending the Odessa area, sector entrusted largely to Romania, if I'm not wrong.

As fot the the best equipped unit, that's a close call for June 1941 and September 1942 and I will have to think it over. For September 1944 I guess is the 8th Motorized Cavalry Division.

After giving it some thinking I will have to go with the 1st Armored Division foe 1941 and 1942.

Also I have another question. Upon checking out those links you posted and others, I was struck at the fact the pre-Stalingrad pics featured the CKD R-2 with its 37L46.5 pea shooter and pics after 23rd of August 1944 featured Romanian Pz IVh and g tank columns. So when were the 1st Armored and the other units refitted?
