hello,

Meaby an old post but i think i can contribute to the topic. In order to make a crusher first of all , remove the inside metal ring.
Remove any reenforcement inside the cap, as dog green said:"Remove as much of the stuffing as you can or you feel you need to." Remove everything inside. then take some amidon and put some in hot water, then let's the cap inside the water 5 minutes. Then wear it as much as you can and you ll have the look "crusher" wanted :-)

The black stripe with white piping has a board or something in it would I remove that as well?
