They don't usually answer e-mails. You pay for the product and in some weeks the item arrives. You are buying items from China for a cheap price. You do not get a USA/Europe level of customer service.

I placed my most recent order with them last month and it arrived in the USA about 3 weeks later.

I have too the same problem. Bu if I pay, for example a tailored jacket, ordered not with their account but by email, is it confirmed they send it? Or you pay before and they "disappear" then?

you fear is confirmed... 4 weeks for a tailored jacket... we are now in 3 months and still no answer, after I HAD PAID it

I bought a german cap and a greatcoat and for months they disappeared, as I said. finally a SCAM website.
