Gavin Militaria

Dear Members,

Who has experience with this dealer? I'm thinking to buy their M40 Luftwaffe trousers for my Tuchrock, but what about quality of wool and shape?

Thank you! :milwink:

With kind regards!

Mark

I had my SS M32 uniform made by them. Great quality, he also offers tailor made uniforms for 5 USD extra. I'll post some pics later.

Here's my SS M32 Uniform (Gabardine fabric) yes I know it looks a littly shiny with the camera flash, but I can assure you it doesn't look shiny at all with your own eyes.

And here's my SS M36 uniform (wool fabric), also made by Gavin militaria.

Thank you very much Sir! Nice tunic you have! And thank you for the warm welcome :D

But.... do someone have Luftwaffe wool items from Gavin Militaria? I have attached some photos of my new Tuchrock (Not those bad ones from Pirschen, but from Hero Collection what trader said. S.V.P. don't look at the brustadler, I need to low it with swastika on the pocket flap ;) ) You can see the fine quality of the wool. So I hope that the quality of Gavin Militaria's Luftwaffe wool is (almost) the same :)

I hope that someone could help me

Thanks!

With kind regards,

Mark ( (Flak)Kanonier im die Luftwaffe 3./Lei. Flak-Abt. 668)

I got two of the pocketed service shirts, and a pair of wool breeches from them. They seemingly lost my order but shipped it shortly after I asked them about it. Overall the sizing was spot on, and the quality seemed decent.

I'm waiting for an SS 44 Dot wrapper that I ordered 3+ weeks ago. They said they had a bunch in stock then instantly they were sold out. It seems they suffer from the same malady that other cineses dealers suffer from. Over inflated claims of invantory. Still, the color an texture of the fabric is spot on (a friend ones one) so I'm hoping it arrives soon soI can begin to torture it in the field.

The color on their m36 looks very funky. IMO, it's too squared off at the front edge.

I bought a shirt (without chestpockets) from them in medium size and the sleeves seems to have been made for a pair of elephantlegs - long and very wide. It´s impossible to use...
I did also have to remind them about my order before I got it.

I ordered over a week ago. Still no tracking number emailed to me. Is this normal for them? ATF sends my stuff way faster.
