Can someone tell me which is the best maker of WW2 British officer Sam Browne belt repro?

I should not think that you would need a repro. The belt in use today is the same as worn in WW2. I would suggest you check out ebay where you will find lots of them.

If, as you said, the belt in use today is the same as worn during WW2, then I will go via eBay.
