Jahnke visor cap insignia

Is extraklasses cap insignia any good? The visors are literally perfect, but what’s the construction of the cap Eagle and skulls?

Who makes the best cap insignia? So far SM wholesales copper coated aluminum ones look the best, and I’d imagine Richard underwood’s are good as well though I don’t know the material , I’m assuming aluminum for his.

Does anyone also know if aluminum cap eagles were even used during the war, or if wartime eagles were made using zinc alloy and copper coated Aluminum only ?
