GD memorial stone
Photo from the Grossdeutschland 50th reunion, hosted by the Bundeswehr, at their Panzer Base in Munster, Germany. This is the Panzer Division memorial park, with stones honoring many of the WWII Panzer Divisions and several post and pre-war ones. The stone with the flowers is for the Grossdeutschland Panzer Grenadier Division. While this is not a reenactment photo, hopefully you will enjoy seeing it.

GPP:
I would advise you that in the future if you choose to post photo's(ie your field kitchen), you ask permission of the owner (me!), and or give credit as to where you got the photo and who shot it!!!!! Should I choose to post photo's in the future, I will put a giant watermark across the image, obscuring most of the image.
Am I being pissy? You bet! I spend my time, my money on these photo's, and then someone downloads them and reposts them? Horse shit on that. One of your members was polite enough to ask if he could post them on G.D's website, no problem...glad that he asked. He did the right thing, I was more than happy to provide him with photo's.
Looks like I am going to rethink any future posts!

Gentlemen:
Might I take this chance to remind everyone, that the Axis History forum is very clear on rights management and crediting sites and resources whereby images, and text are quoted, loaned borrowed etc.
I'll ask nicely, as a gentle reminder- if the photo is not yours, a: please ask for permission to re-post and b: ALWAYS credit the photo if it came from a third party source, or a source other than your own.

Interesting photo, do you have others you can post of this reunion?gpp wrote:Photo from the Grossdeutschland 50th reunion, hosted by the Bundeswehr, at their Panzer Base in Munster, Germany. You could post more of them in the World Wars Today forum and I'm sure they'd be most appreciated.
Regards,
Dan
I will do it
