Ladies and gentlemen:
A group of airsofters specializing in WWII scenario skirmishes has been organized in Chicago Illinois. The name of this organization is the WWII Airsoft Association. Go check out the website at http://www.ww2airsoft.com
As many of you know, airsoft is big, especially in the UK and Japan. The purpose of the WWII Airsoft Association is to foster interest in WWII history through the airsoft medium similar to living history reenactment and to have a great time doing it. Also, becuase of the scarcity in quality and variety of WWII airsoft weapons, the Association is seeking to convice airsoft gun manufacturers to broaden their product lines to include more airsoft weapons (MP40, StG44, M1 Garand, M3 Grease Gun, Lee Enfield, Moisan-Nagant).
Please reply and share your interest in WWII airsoft.

The Tanaka Kar98K is a masterpiece! It is one of the best built gas-driven airsoft weapons ever made.
It is also extremely close to the real deal (all metal and wood)
Sadly, it is not in production at the moment, Tanaka is making new rifle models. But they will surely make new kar98 rifles someday (half a year, 2 years??)
It is out of stock at all the HK retailers, so you will have to buy it from a local store, if they have any left, or get it second hand (like me

also very difficult to get mags for the tanaka k98Ebusitanus wrote:Hey, I just decided to get me a Airsoft wepondry for myself and a buddy. Having realism in mind I´m going for the gas Tanaka k98 and an Asahi gas MP40 straight from Japan (US dollar is low and its cheaper to buy from japan directly than here).
Any had any experience witn these pieces?
