Post by De Ruyter » 25 Jan 2004, 17:53

Hi there!

I am looking for good repro german shoulder boards. Does anyone know a nice internet site where they sell them? I only got real junk sites so far...

I hope someone knows!

Regards,
Dustin

The best I have seen to date, in the USA is from Bill B.

http://www.stby.com/bbm/

You need to e-mail him, tell him what you want, and he'll send you back the price before he sends the boards. They are made from Janke wool and are simply fantastic.

I'be been buying from him since 2001, i like his stuff even if
sometimes expensive, and he's quite slow in shipping; but if you will go to Beltring, u'd find his stand as one of the 3\4 most interesting ones

Hi nihil,

Richard Underwood, is a good person to buy from, he supplies the film/TV, companies.

He is also a re enactor himself with Second Battle Group, his uniforms are excellent converts of 1940 Swedish tunics and trousers.

The equipment is original WWII German, no Spanish helmets here.

On the down side he can take a while to fulfill your order, but then again he is tailoring the uniform to your measurements and dealing with the above mentioned film/TV people and re enactors the world over.

Yes I would recommend his services.

Cheers

Steve
