Decree signed by Göring, on 10 February 1936, became known as the "fundamental law" of the Gestapo. It stipulated the duty of the Gestapo was to investigate all hostile forces throughout the entire state... :?

That would be it. I have it listed as the Gestapo Law. It removed the Gestapo from court jurisdiction.
