Question: were there any architectural scale models of the Reichskanzlei built by Speer's people prior to actual construction, similar to the Germania/Linz models? If so, does anyone have any photographic evidence, and are they still in existence?

Yes, there is a modell of the Reichskanzlei built by Albert Speer.
I believe this modell is somewhere in germany...I have heard that the most of Speer´s modells under the "Teufelsberg" in Berlin (It was a secret Bunker area which you can enter if nobody is seeing you :D)

Sadness and fury when I see the last picture....

I have still pics at my computer or in my collection but I think I upload them tomorrow.
I have 6 pics from the inner of the destroyed Reichskanzlei where you can see the details at the marmor, windows, doors and the big window in the mosaiksaal.
