I've never understood what a "rare image" is. An image either exists or it doesn't. It can be rarely seen or rarely reproduced, but it can't of itself be rare.

I find it hard to believe that HH1 picture is genuine. It is far too amateurish.

I think it is a post war amateur painting. Also the wear and tear to it is inconsistent with age. Too uniform.
