Was it common at that time for cars to be right hand drive?

Was it common at that time for cars to be right hand drive?
That car looks like Austrian Steyr, so yes, there was driving on the left in Austria at that time (as well as in Spain, Sweden, Italy, Hungary, Czechoslovakia).
