Germans and Jews sexual relations and marriages between 1933-1935

The Nazis came to power in 1933 and the Nuremberg Laws were not passed until 1935. During that two-year period were sexual relations and marriages prohibited between Germans and Jews?

The "Law for the Restoration of the Professional Civil Service" classified anyone with one Jewish grandparent as 'non-Aryan' and dismissed that person from the civil service except for those appointed before August 1, 1914 or on Hindenburg's orders for those that had fathers or sons killed during the war.

The Editorial Law of October 4, 1933 allowed only those who were "of Aryan descent, and are not married to a person of non-Aryan descent" to work in journalism. In 1934, all employees and workers in the public service such as physicians, lawyers, etc, had to provide proof of Aryan descent (showing four Aryan grandparents) as well as for his wife or fiancée.

However, what about ordinary citizens?
