Nazi propaganda parody note

Hi,
I have a Nazi propaganda parody note on a one dollar bill. Any idea on value? What can you anyone tell me about this. How rare are they? The only information I could find was The German parody of US $1 for Italy at http://www.psywarrior.com/WWIIGermanBanknotes.html
See two attachments of the notes I have which match the year and serial number in the article. Was also checked under a black light and words on the back are in Italian saying "The promises of the Americans are of no value - they look fine and good, but they are only illusions (like this banknote)."
Thanks
