Hello, ihoyos

He seems to be an anonymous person; some links with the same image:
https://www.alamy.com/adolf-hitler-visi ... 87605.html
https://www.alamy.com/stock-photo-adolf ... 58026.html
https://www.alamy.de/stockfoto-adolf-hi ... 20319.html
https://bildarchiv.bsb-muenchen.de/meta ... 1439468972
https://www.nsdapuniforms.com/index.php ... ct_id=4611

Depending on the source, he was described as an SS/SA member, injured/dead. The date is, apparently, 1931.

Good luck in your search!
Ivan

by the way.
the links with this photo related to ALAMI page are selling that image as if they are the owner starting $ 19.99 depending the use
how they can claim ownership, of a picture well known in books from 1937 like my book , and even in postcards as show in the last link

Hello again,

Alamy is just a stock agency. The actual sellers are Glasshouse Images, Pictorial Press Ltd and Süddeutsche Zeitung Photo (see the "Contributor" section). But I know nothing about copyright regulations regarding this particular image. I assume the agencies are claiming ownership over their photo prints, not the image itself (as you can see, the quality is different in all three versions of the image). By the way, of all five links that I provided, the most reliable is probably the one of the BSB Bildarchiv (I don't know if it works though; if not, type "hoff-7044" in the search box).

Cheers,
Ivan

Browse local Chemnitz newspapers on or after Gauparteitag (7th of June 1931). There were some scuffles with communists.
