What were plans of nazis for Germans, that were not looking like "Aryans"?
and what kind of criteries of people like Slavs would be germanised?

Greetings to both citizen Mannet and the community as a whole. Howdy Mannet! Well sir, in reference to your introductory posting of Saturday - September 07, 2019 - 2:25am, old yours truly is of the school of thought that you need not necessarily look at Eastern Europe for such a cult like pseudo-science fixation with "Aryanization". So, if it's blonde hair, blue eyes, silicon injected tits and well sculpted asses that you seek, then you only have to sojourn to any of the coastal beach towns of Southern California to note the relative eugenic success of such a racial mindset. FAIR ENOUGH!? Well, (cousin Maltese Falcon's sage sentiments notwithstanding), that's my initial two Yankee cents worth on this very peculiar "WHAT IF" topic of interest - for now anyway. In any case, I would like to bid you an especially copacetic day over in your corner of the now contemporary nation of Poland.

Still, blonde hair, blue eyes and the rest were mostly the stuff Allies' anti-Nazi propaganda was made. The Nazis actually believed that:

The greatness of the Aryan is ... based ... on his willingness to devote all his faculties to the service of the community.
