Goebbels quotation

I am trying to track down the original source of the Goebbels quotation:
"It is not enough to reconcile people more or less to our regime, to move them towards a position of neutrality towards us, we want rather to work on people until they are addicted to us."
I have seen it referenced in a book by David Welch "The Third Reich: Politics and Propaganda" but don't have the book so can't see what his original source is.

It’s from Goebbels’s speech that he delivered to members of the press on 15 March 1933.

It is not enough for people to be more or less reconciled to our regime, to be persuaded to adopt
a neutral attitude towards us; rather we want to work on people until they have capitulated to us,
until they grasp ideologically that what is happening in Germany today not only must be
accepted but also can be accepted.

Thanks, Max. I am still looking for the original German text. One translation has 'until they are addicted to us', the other 'until they have capitulated to us'.
