That quote is quoted in Hilmar Hoffmann, The Triumph of Propaganda: Film and National Socialism, 1933-1945, page 65.
However, Hoffmann does not provide a citation.
Does anyone know when Hitler said or wrote that quote?

AFAIK "Ich habe die Masse erweckt" appeared in Hermann Rauschning's Gespräche mit Hitler, 1940.
